After a recently escaped convict dies in a car accident, Jessica is sued by his daughter.

This is the first episode with no actual murder, as the death in the episode is a suicide.

The woman who handed Jessica the subpoena put it out there the street address of Jessica's home in Cabot Cove & yet, Jessica wasn't suspicious that this woman knew of the address & read it to her at all is extremely questionable, now isn't it ??
