Michael Hagarty needs Jessica's help when he tries to prevent his estranged daughter's engagement to a man who is later found dead. Can Jessica trust her M.I.6. agent friend this time?

The title is based on a line from a popular nursery rhyme. "What are little girls made of? Sugar and spice, and everything nice, That's what little girls are made of."

Victim: Paul Marlowe

Killer: Laura Downing

Cause of Death: Gunshot

Motive: To steal a million dollar file connected to his Hong Kong dealers.

The name "Mainland Hong Kong Bank" makes no sense: The term "mainland China" always implies "without, or as opposed to, Hong Kong". It would be like calling a bank "Continental Hawaiian".

The goof is this: If Laura wanted to steal a million dollar file connected to Paul's Hong Kong Dealers, why not convince Paul to cut her in instead of killing him to get it ?
