Jessica is in the wrong place at the right time to help her friend Dorian Beecher when he is accused of a murder he didn't commit.
The title refers to the Headless Horseman, the ghost that rides through Washington Irving's story "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" and chases the schoolmaster, Ichabod Crane.
Re-united here are Doug McClure and Guy Stockwell who previously co-starred in two movies: Beau Geste (1966) and The King's Pirate (1967).
The Headless Horseman has the pumpkin for his head, the pumpkin was never carried by the rider of the horse.
The kids weren't the ones that gave Dorian the sabre, it was the ruffian friends of Nate's that did, remember, they were in the truck on the bridge, the kids aren't at an age to know how to drive, now are they ?
