The state owns the forestry, what I want to know is Seth in any position to put up the forestry to be demolished if he had lost & the concert didn't happen. Also, this as well, why would the people in question, meaning the agent of the band, the Josh Taylor character & the third party, I can't see how those three would have animosity towards Seth to have him be satanized by the town & would love him to be satanized by the town, now would they?
With the spool of solder could have easily have been stolen & the wiring that was used on Jessica's hi-fi stereo to rig the guitar, so it didn't have to be Hal, much less Blue for that matter, because whether or not Tommy was still married or not, neither Blue much less Hal never knew about the side of Tommy that he had shown to Rachel, so was there a need to kill over what they didn't know as to what side of Tommy was shown to Rachel?
Victim: Tommy Vaughn
Killer: Hal Palmer
Cause of death: rigged electrocution onstage
