"A Lady in the Lake" is the seventh episode of the second season of Murder, She Wrote and its 29th episode overall.
Summary[]
When Jessica visits a peaceful lakeside inn to do research for her next book, she witnesses a violent scene out on the lake, seemingly of a husband pushing his neglected wife out of the boat into the water. Everyone staying at the inn believes Jessica has witnessed the husband murdering his wife, but due to several oddities, Jessica isn't so sure.
